1. Product Use & Safety

Hair Truly products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

Customers are responsible for:

• reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase,

• performing a patch test before full use,

• using products only as directed.

Hair Truly is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to patch test, or use contrary to instructions.

2. Freshly Prepared Products & Natural Variations

Hair Truly products are freshly prepared in small batches using natural ingredients to preserve quality and reduce unnecessary waste.

Due to the nature of natural formulations:

• variations in texture, firmness, color, or appearance may occur,

• products may continue to settle after preparation.

These variations are inherent characteristics of natural products and do not affect safety, quality, or performance.

3. Shipping & Temperature Conditions

Hair Truly products may be exposed to varying temperatures during transit. Seasonal temperature exposure may cause temporary softening, melting, or firmness.

Such texture changes:

• are expected for natural formulations,

• do not indicate damage, spoilage, or reduced effectiveness,

• are not considered product defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that temperature-related texture variations may occur during shipping.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing Hair Truly products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, use, and transportation of natural cosmetic products, including texture changes resulting from environmental exposure.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are carrier estimates only. Hair Truly is not responsible for delays caused by:

• carrier service disruptions,

• weather events,

• incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit timing rests with the carrier.

Hair Truly reserves the right to delay shipment during periods of extreme heat or cold to protect product quality.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Hair Truly is not responsible for packages left unattended or delivered to mailboxes, porches, or locations exposed to heat, cold, or weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Remedies

Due to the personal care nature of our products and their freshly prepared status:

• Returns or refunds are not accepted for texture changes caused by temperature exposure or natural variation.

• Melted, softened, firm, or re-set products are not considered defective.

If an order arrives incorrect or physically damaged, customers must notify Hair Truly within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic documentation. See our Refund Policy for additional details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy is, at Hair Truly’s discretion, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Hair Truly and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for content on this Website. All rights are reserved.

You may access Website content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• copy or republish Website material,

• sell, rent, or sub-license Website material,

Where the Website allows user-generated content, Hair Truly does not pre-screen comments. Comments reflect the views of the individual user and not Hair Truly.
